Go on take a bite: Eve

A personal project, to demonstrate my character design and creation skills. The concept behind the piece comes from the theme of desire. I wanted to explore desire as a malign influence. In the Garden of Eden, the serpent (desire), tempts Eve, who then tempts Adam. Resulting in mankind suffering for eternity.
Desire results in procreation, evolution of mankind. Evolution that has become so successful and out of control, it is now on the verge of destroying itself, as well as the very planet that supported it..

1. The base mesh was modelled in Maya, detailed in ZBrush
2. Textures painted in ZBrush and Photoshop.
3. Lighting is a simple 3 point light setup. Rendered using ZBrush.
4. Post production - Photoshop
