The task here was to create a 3D building estate on live footage of a beach, to simulate a surreal post apocalyptic scene. I have been responsibe for:

  1. Matchmoving live footage in Boujou to create a 3D cam
  2. Modelling and Texturing the buildings, in maya and Photoshop.
  3. Rendering with GI at fil res using turtle
  4. Rotoscoping/Matchmoving elements in live footage in Shake
  5. Final colour grade and finishing for the piece on my reel and site

The work I have completed above will be passed onto a compositor/editor to convert to dpx for output to film. Below is a breakdown of the process and the piece itself.
